Joseph Davies against Frank Miller and Robert Davis

stole $35 cash. Defts acting together. Deponent on stoop. Deft Davies approached deponent 3x to tell him deft Miller was in apt 9 and wanted to see him. They entered the apt together and deponent was struck on the left elbow with something. Deponent turned around and saw Miller with a baseball bat. Davies took hold of deponent while Miller reached into his pocket and pulled out $35. Deponent flee from building and did notify police.
