Thomas Horton and Edward Drake found in possession of 3 slips of paper with numbers written on them. "deponent saw severl[sic] unknown men at different times approachboth defts. at 129th and Lenox Av. & after a short coversation, each of said men did hand defts at different times slips of paper & money in bill form which they accepted. Horton after receiving slips and money found proceed into the ce llar[sic] of said premises. After the last man approached he saw Drake hand Hortonslips[sic] and money & Horton then went down said cellar followed by deponent & he found in Horton's hand $2 and 3 slips"
