The defendant, in concert with another unidentified man, caught the deponent's taxicab to 139th Street where, after getting out of the car, he pulled out a revolver and pointed it at the deponent's head. The deponent then started the car, to which the defendant pulled the trigger of his revolver twice - both times of which it malfunctioned.
