"On sidewalk in front of 515 Lenox ave deft recd a slips and money from an unknown woman and when arrested deft had 9 slips and stated he was collecting for another person" Note included saying "[Rev S W Wigfall 52-60 W 132 St 3 yrs] Rev Wickfall I don't think I can go with you and Coston this morning as I am working in a new job and lady don't want me to get off.
