The deponent "met the defendants and was brought to ... 100 W 134th Street for the purposes of having sexual intercourse with a [Black] girl ... an argument arose and [the deponent] was struck [on the head with a metal iron comb]. He commenced to yell and the defendants both ran but were caught by [the arresting officer]. The defendants were then brought back to [the deponent] who claimed that he was robbed five dollars and a fountain pen." The deponent subsequently told the Grand Jury that he had not, in fact, been robbed.
