The deponent, while walking past a building on West 134th Street, "was stopped by [the] defendant ... and [told] that there was a white man all cut up on the stairs ... The deponent and defendant ... proceed[ed] up stairs to the top floor of said premises and while up there [the] defendant produced a knife and said to the deponent "give me all you got" ... [the] deponent, being in fear, did give the defendant ... $2.00."
