The defendant - along with another unknown man - "entered the store of James Butler, Inc. ... [and] pointed revolvers at deponent and forced deponent to go into the back room where the manager of the said store ... was working." The unknown man then struck the manager on the head with a bottle and stole $40 from his pocket, while the defendant stole $65 from the cash register. The deponent was subsequently found by police at a pawn shop, attempting to pawn a watch, and in possession of a revolver.
