An unknown man, "induced deponent to enter ... an apartment ... for a drink of whiskey." The deponent entered the apartment - followed by the unknown man and defendant - where they had "several drinks." Later on, "[the] deponent felt [defendant's] hand in his right front pocket and after she removed her hand he missed [$50 cash] and accused her of its theft." He left the apartment and informed a policeman, who accompanied him back to the premises to question the defendant. While there, they spotted the defendant hiding said money under a chair.
