While on the corner of 135th and Lenox, the defendant [Mosby] "placed his hand in deponent's right hand trouser pocket and took therefrom [two subway tickets and three one dollar bills.]" The deponent [Reefer] pursued the defendant to the east side of Lenox Ave, between 134th and 135th, where he was detained.
