the sum of $45 in money from a certain corporation called United Cigar Stores Company. In the presence and from the person of Joel Potzdam and against his will, by means of fear on the part of the said Joel Potzman of immediate injury to his person by him, the said deft, then and there induced by means of a threat then and there made by him, the said deft, to shoot and kill him, unless he should then and there deliver to him the said goods, chattels and personal property.
