Church founded October 19, 1919, in room at Lafayette Theatre - not clear when moved to this address, which was formerly the Hebrew Tabernacle. Located here by 1923, when appear in Simms' Blue Book. Remained here until 1950, when bought abandoned Lafayette Theatre
