"Offcr T. Brosnan, observed Victor and Williams ... with a hand bag containing 3 of said coats ..." Coats stolen from Haber's factory on West 38th Street by shipping clerk named Edward Hunt; Tobin bringing coats from factory to Hunt's home "Defts Victor and Williams, were arrested with 3 coats in their posession but after an investigation traced 3 other coats wich complainant identifies. An employee, not yet arrested, is accused of the larceny. This seems to be a case where the charge should be criminally receiving stolen property, as complainant does not know how recently the property was stolen altho he identifies the same as property belonging to him."
