Having recently spent a year travelling through West Africa and Abyssinia and writing about it in a book, Cyrus Baldridge and his wife Caroline Singer (both white) talked about some of their observations in a lecture. Mr. Baldridge argued that whilst the white men in Africa educated the black men to make them better workers, the opposite seems to have resulted.
