The deponent [Staion] was taken to an East 127th Street apartment by the defendant [Farrell] and another unknown woman. Once inside, the woman demanded money, to which the deponent refused. "[The] defendant... thereupon handed a revolver to [the woman]... [who] then threatened the deponent... and by force and violence... did put her hands into all deponent's pockets and ... steal ...[$27] from deponent's person."
