Taxi Driver Accompanies Woman Home and Ambushed

Leo Joseph claims that after picking up Edith Dorrel in his taxi and taking her home to her apartment, he agreed to come into the apartment to assist her with moving her trunk. Once inside the apartment, he was threatened with a knife by her husband, John Dorrell. After threatening to slash Joseph's throat with a knife for attempting to have an affair with his wife, Joseph convinced Dorrel of his innocence and was let go after he gave Dorrel the $10.00 he had on him at the time.
