The Citizens' Welfare Council of Harlem hosted the second session of the Citizens' Forum. An address on 'How to Live' was given by the managing editor of the New York Evening Graphic. Some other presentations about and demonstrations of physical fitness were then made, and then the Clarence Williams' Radio Trio performed.
