Virginia Sutherland informed deponent that about 8am that day she left her ring on dresser in the bedroom of her apt and about 5:30pm found the ring had been removed. Deponent sates that on said date, he entered said apt accompanied by deft and deponent took a roll of paper money from the pocket of a pair of trousers and after giving deft $2 returned said roll containing $35 to the pocket of a pair of trousers hanging on the wall of said bedroom. Deponent left deft in room 15 mins alone.
