Lionel Lloyd and Lewis Blackford entered into conversation with Hyman Hoyt (white) on roof top in the course of which Lionel pointed revolver at Hoyt and when complainant raised his hands they stole from his pockets a watch and chain valued at $35 and $3 cash. Tied complainant to pipes and gagged him. Janitor informed policeman that two men were acting in a suspicious manner. Questioned the men. Found the property. Went to roof and found complainant.
