“On December 30th … this prisoner in company with two other men entered the store of one Ruben Weiner at 30 West 137th Street, New York City, one of the men pointed pistol at Weiner and his side and children and two other persons in the place and then this prisoner went to the cash register and stole therefrom the sum of $12.00.
