Leonard Cordett (defendant, black, aged 17) "induced her [Doris Foote, complainant] to enter his bedroom where he placed her on a bed and exposed his prson and pushed her step ins aside and had intercourse with her. and on a later date he had intercourse with her again and she is now pregnant." Complainant was aged 16 and was not the wife of the defendant, so was "in violation of the provisions of section 2010 of the Penal Laws of the State of New York". Cordett stated "I amguilty but I wish to marry the girl."
