dep was in house of deft. Deft and dep had an altercation and during same deft did strike dep seventeen times about the face and body with a knife held in her right hand. As a result of said assault dep was taken to Harlem Hospital where she was treated for stab wounds of the face, right eye, and body, necessitating the insertion of several stitches
