Came into premises 2479 8th Ave at about 9:45pm did approach Frank red, ask him for a small bottle and lay down one cent on the bar, and when the said Frank Reda told him that it would cost him 30 cents the deft did wilfully and feloniously take a loaded revolver from his pocket and did wilfully and feloniously aim and discharge one shot from said revolver
