deponent was standing in lobby of Lafayette Theatre, 2227 7th Ave. said lobby being crowded at the time and felt something in his right hip pocket in which deponent had about $400. Deponent turned around and grabbed hold of deft’s hand, deft. at the time pulling his hand from deponent’s pocket. Deft. then got away from deponent and fled from said theatre lobby to the street; deponent notified police of said occurrence. He returned to the theatre with a black detective on several different nights without seeing man who robbed him, but later, when sitting in drug store, saw him on the street, go into a barber's shop. Summoned police officer and had him arrested
