George Derrick rams a car carrying Charles Masterson

Deponent[policeman] was standing on the right running board of an auto which was proceeding in a westerly direction thruW. 122 St. Deft was operating an auto south on 7th Av and did wilfully and feloniously cause said auto then operated by deft. to collide with the auto on which deponent was riding and overturn it and thereby throw deponent so forcibly to the ground that he sustained a cut on his head which required 2 stitches and bruises on his side.
