Deponent went there to procure theatre tickets which deft had promised her. After arriving in said place deponent seated herself in deft’s room and while seated deft. did put out the lights in said room and grabbed hold of deponent. Deft. placed deponent on bed in said room and while holding her on bed did take her bloomers off and raised her dress, place his penis into her private parts against her will and without her consent.
