"deponent was on corner of Lenox Ave and 128 st., and deft walked up to her and placed her arm on deponent's shoulder as if to whisper something but instead deft did then and there cut and stab her left shoulder with a knife which she held in her hand inflicting an incised wound which was treated at Harlem Hospital."
