“Deponent [Charles A. Barts, a police officer]... charges this defendant with... stabbing one Curtis Donnell... in the left chest with a blade of a knife,” in Donnell's Park Avenue apartment, “causing such injuries to him that he was pronounced dead.” She was arrested some sixteen months later in premises on Eight Avenue.
