“On said day about 5:35 P.M. deft came to home of at 41 E. 133 St. and after he had been admitted he engaged in an argument with deponent and sturck[sic] her on the head with a heavy hammer causing injuries necessitating her removal to Harlem Hospital and the insertion of 5 stiches[sic] in her head.”
