The deponent, while walking down W 133rd St, was approached by the defendant and another unknown man, "who asked him if he wanted a woman and then struck him about the face with his fist after which he grabbed hold of the deponent by the neck. While said unknown man was holding him ... [the defendant] placed his hands into [the deponent's] left hip pocket and took $16 therefrom."
