Deponent employed by AA hagoman of 66 W 37th St who is the agent for said property and who has authorise deponent to make this complaint. Deponent further says that he is informed by Herbert Stevens of 48 East 134th St who is the caretaker of said apt that about 6:15am said date he found said deft in the aforementioned apt and that deft had two lead pipes wrapped in a rug, which lead pipes he feloniously removed from the connexions to the kitchen sink. That the door lead apartment and that when said Stevens made his inspection on the previous night said pipes were properly connected to sink and wash tub.
