Mrs Imgoen Seon, 78, 235W129th, hit by car driven by Pasquale Licciardo, a 27 year old white man from Jamaica, Long Island. He had swerved to avoid a car in front of him, and after striking the women, drove over her and along the sidewalk for about half a block before regaining control. An angry mob of passersby surrounded him and held him for police.
