"Harlem's first all-streamline restaurant is open today and it is called Watson's. Located at 2285 Seventh avenue, formerly Baron's, the restaurant will give employment to fourteen capable persons, under the supervision of Norman McCain. Cyril R. Watson, president and general manager of the business, is credited with the idea of creating an ultra-modern dining room, where home-cooked food will be served at all times."
