William Wright sexually assaults and rapes William Powell

The deponent [Powell, a boy aged 12]

The deponent [Powell, a boy aged 12] “went to the apartment of the defendant, on the top floor of 106 West 139th Street,” where the defendant “poked a revolver in [his] back… and stated that if he shouted he would kill him.” He then took off the Powell’s clothes and tied him up, before raping, beating, and urinating on him. The defendant then “untied the said William Powell and told him to bring him 50 cents and that he would kill him if he told anyone.”
