After inviting the deponent to his Seventh Avenue room for a drink, the defendant “pulled out a large pocket knife and held the open blade against the throat of deponent and told him to take off his overcoat.” The deponent, “in fear of bodily harm,” did so and, after throwing it “to another part of the room,” was threatened by the defendant and ordered to “get out of the room.”
