Defendants Parker and Wright entered the deponent's Eighth Avenue grocery store and, while Parker held a sawed-off shotgun, Wright “went behind the counter to the cash register and ordered deponent [Cutler] to open same,” from which he stole $23 cash. Defendant Thompson, after getting in a taxicab on West 146th Street and taking it to Eighth Avenue, met the two other defendants “on the corner,” whereupon the threw men fled together in the taxicab.
