While in the hallway of 107 West 129th Street, the defendant [Carter, aged 17], in concert with two others not arrested, “seized hold” of the deponent [Weinberg] and stole $34 from his pockets. Upon his arrest for the crime, the defendant was not found to be in possession of any money – nor was the deponent able to positively identify him.
