While on West 128th Street, the deponent [Mow] was approached by the defendants [Ayers, Coleman], who "pointed revolving pistols" at his body before ordering him to the hallway, then roof, of 79 West 128th Street. On the roof, the defendants "struck deponent" and stole a watch, fountain pen, and $3 cash from his person.
