While outside 110 West 135th Street with his wife, the deponent [Wilson], who had been "followed" by the defendants [Harris, Gailliard] and three others after an altercation at Lenox Avenue and West 135th Street, was set upon by the four men, who beat him while defendant Gaillard "cut and stab[bed] [him] upon the upper left leg."
