Toddle Richard Valdez Falls From Third Floor Window

"Richard Valdez, 2, of 211 West 115th Street, was taken to Harlem Hospital suffering from a possible fractured skull and internal injuries as the result of a fall from a third floor fire escape at 109 West 114th Street Sunday. The child is said to have toddled out on the fire escape while his mother was visiting with a neighbor."
