"Siegfried Blum, a white taxi driver of 430 West Sixty-fifth Street, was booked at the West 135th station Monday night on a charge of auto homicide, following the death of Alfred Green, three years old, who was run over while crossing from the north to the south side of the block in front of 220 West 136th Street. The child died at Harlem Hospital Monday afternoon, four hours after the accident."
