After burglarizing a Central Park concession stand – stealing a quantity of cigars, cigarettes, candy, baseballs, and crackers therefrom – the defendants [O’Kelly, Bishop] were arrested at their respective West 113th Street residences. The stolen merchandise was recovered from a “close” in defendant Bishop’s apartment.
