"The Harmony Exclusive Club promoted "Night of Bubbles" on last Wednesday at the Dunbar Palace, 140th street and Seventh avenue. The young toe dancer is the daughter of Austin Ziegler, a member of the club, and she wore a costume covered with balloons to give the bubble effect. Mr Vaughn was the master of ceremonies"
