After leaving his taxicab parked outside 35 West 125th Street for approximately ten minutes, the deponent [Duffy] returned to find it missing. Twenty minutes later, a police officer arrested the defendant [Hayes], who was operating said vehicle at West 116th Street and Eighth Avenue.
