While in the Fifth Avenue apartment building where the deponent [Cuesta] worked as superintendent, "these defendants [Colan and Rivera; both Puerto Rican] did attack deponent with knives." Defendant Colan stabbed him in the left chest, while defendant Rivera "was threatening [him] with another knife."
