Postmaster Goldman Attends Meeting of the National Alliance of Postal Employees

"The regular monthly meeting of the National Alliance of Postal Employees held Sunday in the Little Theatre of the West 135th Street Y.M.C.A. saw for the first time a Postmaster as honored guest and speaker. The meeting was opened by District President Avery who introduced Everard Evans, local president. After preliminary remarks by these speakers Postmaster Albert Goldman of New York was introduced. Postmaster Goldman told the audience how glad he was of the opportunity to be there and said that he would have felt slighted if he had not been invited to come because he had spoken to almost all of the Postal organisations in the city."
