"Statutory charges against Oscar Stark... were filed last week by Dorothy Hooge, 26, of Syracuse, whom police found in Stark's room when they went to investigate a complaint Friday. In addition to the woman, police found two loaded pistols and a number of indecent pictures in the room. Stark is being held for Grand Jury action in $300 bail on the statutory charge, and for trial in the Court of Special Session on the two other count. Mrs. Hooge is being held in $100 bail for trial on a charge of vagrancy.""
