"The hard work done by the four girls comprising this group [the Original Ajax] was amply compensated when a large number turned out to the 'Ameri-kaska Rose Dance' which was presented at the Saratoga Club last Sunday. After the regular Saratoga floor show, the girls were introduced by Jimmy Hines amid vociferous applause. The honorary waltz next took place with the girls and their escorts."
