"The benefits of radicalism, the effects of militarism and other pertinent questions will be argued by speakers in the second annual oratorical contest which will be sponsored on June 25 by the Boys' Work Department of the 135th street YMCA. The contest will be held in the Little Theatre. Subjects to be argued are: 'Should the Negro Favor Militarism?': 'Which is More Beneficial to the Negro Student, the White or Negro College?': 'Should the Negro Use the Boycott to Secure Employment?': and 'Do Radical Groups Who Champion the Cause of the Negro Help or Hinder His Progress?'"
