"Mrs Grace Toulon, a former student of Hampton Institute in Virginia and a graduate of Pratt Institute in dressmaking and styling, will present a fashion promenade at 58 West 119th street tomorrow (Sunday) evening. Mrs Toulon, who is interested in individuality in dress at low cost, will display a complete range of fashions from sports to evening wear created in taffeta, chiffon, lace and wash goods. All of the models are Mrs Toulon's. Nordy Mitchell will be Master of Ceremonies"
