"The Mel-O Girls entertained a large number of their friends last Saturday night at the Continental Hall when they presented their Mardi Gras Ball. The Red Devil Stompers played for the dancing. It was evident from the atmosphere which prevailed that the patrons lived up to the name of the club by exhibiting a mellow time (if you know what we mean)."
